01Who we are

This website is operated by Logiciel Parkwize Inc. (“Parkwize”, “we”), a company incorporated in Quebec, Quebec enterprise number (NEQ) 1181843559.

Head office: 700-2828 boulevard Laurier, Québec (Québec) G1V 0B9, Canada.

02Scope

This policy covers the marketing website parkwize.ai and the forms on it. The Parkwize platform used by our clients (app.parkwize.ai) is governed by the agreement signed with each client and by its own privacy terms.

03Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us and the minimum needed to run the website:

  • Demo request form: first and last name, work email, company, job title, country, information about your parking facilities, the products that interest you and your message.
  • Contact form: first and last name, email, company (optional), topic and message.
  • Audience statistics: anonymous, aggregated page views measured without cookies (Vercel Web Analytics). No profile is built and you are not identified.
  • Technical logs: our host automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

04How we use it

We use your information only to answer your request, prepare and hold your demo, follow up with you about it, and protect and improve the website.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.

05Consent

Before sending a form, you agree to be contacted about your request by checking the consent box. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us through the contact form; we will then stop contacting you and delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep it.

06Service providers and transfers outside Quebec

We rely on a small number of providers who process information on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us:

  • Vercel Inc. (United States): website hosting and cookieless audience statistics.
  • Resend (United States): delivery of form submissions to our team by email.

Your information may therefore be stored or processed outside Quebec and Canada. Before any such transfer, we assess whether the information will be adequately protected, as required by Quebec law.

07Retention

We keep form submissions as long as needed to handle your request and the business relationship that follows, and no longer than three years after our last exchange. The information is then deleted or anonymized.

08Security

The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to submissions is limited to the people who need it to answer you. If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the people concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, as the law requires.

09Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not store information in your browser. Our audience statistics are measured without cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

10Your rights

Subject to the law, you can:

  • access the personal information we hold about you and obtain a copy;
  • have it corrected if it is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous;
  • withdraw your consent and have it deleted;
  • ask that it be communicated to you or to another organization in a structured, commonly used technological format;
  • file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec if you are not satisfied with our answer.

To exercise these rights, write to us through the contact form. We may ask you to confirm your identity and will answer within 30 days.

11Person in charge of personal information

The person in charge of the protection of personal information at Logiciel Parkwize Inc. is its president. You can reach them through the contact form, by choosing any topic and mentioning “Privacy” in your message, or by mail at the address above, to the attention of the person in charge of the protection of personal information.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or to the law. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
