01Acceptance

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

02Who operates the site

The website is operated by Logiciel Parkwize Inc., 700-2828 boulevard Laurier, Québec (Québec) G1V 0B9, Canada, Quebec enterprise number (NEQ) 1181843559.

03Purpose of the site

The website presents Parkwize products and lets you request a demo or contact our team. Nothing on it is an offer to contract. Access to the Parkwize platform (app.parkwize.ai) is governed by a separate agreement signed with each client.

04Intellectual property

The text, visuals, videos, interface designs, logos and the Parkwize name are the property of Logiciel Parkwize Inc. or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business purposes, but you may not copy, modify or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Process and the other third-party names and logos shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

05Acceptable use

When using the website, you agree not to:

  • send false, misleading or third-party information through the forms;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the site, or try to access parts of it that are not public;
  • collect content or data from the site by automated means without our permission;
  • introduce malicious code or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

06Demos and figures

The interactive demos on this site run on simulated data: names, plates, amounts and events are fictitious. Results and figures shown, such as revenue or occupancy gains, are illustrative estimates based on typical deployments. They are not a guarantee of the results you will obtain.

07External links

The website links to other sites, such as the Parkwize platform, the live demo and the system status page. Third-party sites are under the responsibility of their operators, and their own terms apply.

08Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always up to date. We may change or remove content at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, Logiciel Parkwize Inc. is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the Civil Code of Québec or the Consumer Protection Act.

09Privacy

How we handle the personal information you share on this website is described in our privacy policy.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and the version online when you use the site is the one that applies.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Québec, subject to any rule of public order that grants you another jurisdiction.

These terms are available in French and English. If the two versions differ, the French version prevails.
